Emancipated / From my job as a banker / Haven't shaved in days

October fifteenth / Tax Day is here again for / procrastinators

I smoked a cigar / First one in over three years / Now I am stinky

At the pumpkin patch / Storytime for the wee ones / Love this time of year

I shaved off my beard / Gonna go work for The Man / Can't sell my poems

Home on Friday night / Drinking a few cold brewskis / I party hard, man

Sick on a Monday / Wanna lay in bed all day / And watch B-movies

Stricken with the plague / Will I ever recover? / Or am I dying?

Regarding pasta / My little girl hates penne / She loves angel hair

Can't seem to focus / Perhaps I should meditate / Or take Ritalin

Been such a slacker / No new haikus for a week / The dry spell ends now!

Been gone for awhile / But you are witnessing my / Triumphant return!

Wow it is early! / Coffee, give me some ammo / To fight this morning
