Forest animals / suffocate to death before / their bodies ignite. Wildfire
Inebriated / party pricks dog and pony / with high-rent hookers.
Perched in pine, crows caw / algorithmic dominion, / yet termites laugh last.
Nocturne silhouettes / branches shake, leaves roll away / soft moonlight remains.
Galoshes crunch snow, / blotting out ere hoofprints and / dainty rabbit tracks.
Chef's apron was soiled / fighting foie gras with foie gras / as the liver boiled.
Lepidolite ore; / lilac lithium mica / sparkles in my hands.
My brassiere's kaput. / Such overworked underwire / off the hook at last.
Soulless LED / lights cannot hold a candle / to incandescents.
If you slurp once more, / your tongue shall be flayed and fed / to insectivores.
Ebony birds with / over-active throat chakras / shriek warnings of Spring.
Untold upheavals / unraveled Utopian / unification.
Hang loose like a moose / strolling through the forest spruce / sipping apple juice.
